TERMS OF SERVICE:
★ Payment for commissions is via Ko-Fi, which takes both PayPal and regular card payment (via Stripe)
I use PayPal and Stripe for payments done outside of Ko-Fi as well. Payments are done through an invoice that I will send. You need a PayPal account, you DON'T need a Stripe account to pay. (You just use a card/bank when you use Stripe)★ I will start the commission only after the payment. If you are not comfortable with that, then don't commission anything from me. Payment plans and split payments (half upfront, other half after wip) allowed for expensive and/or long form commissions like animation memes.★ Refunds are allowed at any point if I haven't started your commission/haven't shown a wip. Partial refunds will be given if I started the piece, but didn't finish. The exact amount that will be refunded depends on how close I was to finishing the piece. Refunds for finished artworks will NOT be given. You may not request a refund neither personally to me, nor using the PayPal feature.★ I normally provide a sketch wip before I finish your commission, but I also don't always do that. So if you know you will 100% want to see the sketch before the final version, you can mention that when you order!★ My approximate, general turnaround time is 1-2 weeks, can be way shorter or way longer. It normally doesn't take any longer than 1-2 months to finish a commission though. I always try to work in a chronological order in terms of who paid first, so please understand that whether or not your commission gets done in a week or in a month depends how high up on the queue list you are.★ If you think you want something changed, let me know, I can usually add/remove/edit small things.
However, I will not make major changes after the commission is fully finished. This does not include errors made on my behalf, if I mess up something I'll fix it regardless of the commission's status★ I have the right to refuse/ignore a commission for whatever reasons★ I also have the right to cancel & refund a commission after I have taken it for whatever reasons★ Using my art for NFT's, AI or monetization of some form is NOT allowed. Commercial use for your commission is allowed only if you explicitly paid for commercial use.★ You can use your finished commission for personal uses with credit. (This includes reposting) Anything is okay as long as you're not making money off of it!★ I uphold the right to upload your commission to any social media platform, etc. However, if you don't want your commission posted publicly you can let me know!★ You are allowed to make whatever changes you wish to your commission, please do NOT ask me for permission, you don't need it. Extra details, color changes, anatomy edits, shading, etc, are all allowed. However edits like anything NSFW/cp/zoophilic, anything in general offensive or problematic is not allowed. (By default please separate me from art I've made that was edited by someone, if something gross was done with my art because of this policy please know It does not mean i condone it or support it in anyway)
If you edit my commission art I appreciate some mention of that fact if you post it anywhere, but it's okay if you forget.★ If you break any of my TOS, ghost me mid commission, file and unfair chargeback, etc, you may be blacklisted from future commissions and or blocked.
